Heavy snowfalls on the Rec in Feb 2009

 

“Wonderful Winter Scenes” like this will disappear if SSDC has its way and builds the two proposed sports halls and its facilities on this site. Instead you would be staring at Tarmac, Brick walls, Metal roofing surrounded by posts & fencing sprinkled with flood lighting masts, and a massive car park to the left
